Privacy policy
Huesette is made by NOIMON TECHNI SOLE SHAREHOLDER CO. P.C. (trading as Intelligent Art), Platonos 7, 15234 Chalandri, Greece ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Huesette app and this website. To contact us about privacy, email [email protected].
The short version
- We don't store your photos.
- There's no account, no sign-in and no ads.
- We never sell your data or use it to track you across other apps.
Your photos
When you take or choose a photo for a colour analysis or an outfit check, the app first checks it on your phone (for example, that there is one face and enough light). It is then sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce your result. We do not save your photos on our server. Anthropic processes the image only to return the result, does not use it to train its models, and may keep it briefly for safety monitoring under its commercial terms before deleting it.
We do not use photos to identify you and we do not create a face template or any other biometric identifier. The analysis only looks at colour: skin undertone, hair and eye colour, and contrast.
Information we keep
- Your result (your colour season and palette) is stored on your device. You can delete it any time in the app under You, then "Delete my data".
- A random app ID. The app creates a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email or phone number. Our server uses it, together with your IP address, to count how many analyses have been used, so we can apply the free allowance and prevent abuse. We keep these counts, not the photos or results. Daily counts expire automatically; the count of free analyses used stays with the random ID.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store and our payment partner RevenueCat, which receives the random app ID and your purchase history so purchases can be checked and restored. We never see your card details.
- App security. We may use Google Play Integrity and Apple App Attest to confirm requests come from the genuine app. These return a pass or fail signal about the app and device, not personal information.
- Usage analytics. We may use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to count anonymous events, such as "finished onboarding" or "opened the paywall", linked to the random app ID, to improve the app.
- The iPhone list. If you join the iPhone list on this website, we keep your email address only to send you one email when Huesette launches on iPhone, then delete it. It is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
- Support emails. If you email us, we use your message and address only to help you.
Who processes data for us
Anthropic (AI analysis), Cloudflare (servers and this website), RevenueCat (purchases), Google and Apple (app stores and app integrity), and PostHog (analytics). Some of them are based in the United States; where data leaves the EU it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis
We process your photos and the counts needed to run the free allowance to provide the service you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We use security checks and anonymous analytics on our legitimate interest in keeping the app safe and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f)). We use your email for the iPhone list only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. To do so, email [email protected]. Because the app has no accounts, we usually can't link app data to a person; your result can always be deleted in the app itself. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local authority.
Children
Huesette is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EU without a parent's consent.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
