HuesetteTerms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and NOIMON TECHNI SOLE SHAREHOLDER CO. P.C. (trading as Intelligent Art), Platonos 7, 15234 Chalandri, Greece ("we", "us"), for using the Huesette app. By using the app you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
What Huesette is
Huesette uses AI to suggest a colour season and matching colours from a photo. Results are style suggestions for fun and inspiration, not professional, medical or dermatological advice. Lighting, camera and photo quality affect the result, and the AI can be wrong.
Free use and purchases
- Each device gets a limited number of free analyses. After that you can buy single extra analyses or unlock the full report.
- Full report is a one-time purchase that unlocks your full palette on your store account.
- Huesette Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that unlocks the full palette and outfit checks. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their policies. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Paid features include fair-use limits to protect the service from automated abuse. Normal personal use will not reach them.
Your photos and content
Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed. You keep all rights to your photos; you give us permission to process them only to produce your result, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, to access it other than through the app, or to upload unlawful or offensive images. We may limit or block access if you do.
Our responsibility
We provide the app "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we'll let you know in the app. You can stop using Huesette at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer in the EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim there.
